MiVirtual is a virtual assistant specialist that assists small-to-medium sized businesses in understanding, adopting and succeeding in the modern workplace through remote operations. By utilising transformative digital tools such as Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, MiVirtual delivers quality services that help optimise their clients businesses.

Problem

MiVirtual lacked a low-cost and scalable SharePoint Development Team that could help build and provide support for their clients’ Office365 Intranet sites, a core aspect of their offerings. They approached 121 Outsource in seek of a resourcing solution.

Resourcing

We devised a resourcing strategy that would create maximum opportunities for our client at minimal cost. By leveraging both our localised and international networks, we were able to source both an offshore team of qualified Sharepoint Developers for MiVirtual, and a localised Australian Account Manager who assisted with the integration of the new development team to MiVirtual’s operations.

Management Tools 

121 Outsource provided MiVirtual with additional tools to help manage their new team, such as Project Management Tools and Remote Employee Monitoring Software.
